The French Center of Excellence was honored to host Yale University Associate Professor of French, Morgane Cadieu, on February 3. Professor Cadieu gave a talk in Thompson Library on her most recent book project. Entitled "Annie Ernaux and the Poetics of Social Mobility", the talk explored the usage of language, media, and literature in developing French and Francophone cultural identity.
